Lodge is like a run-down motel with a pretty view.

Very convenient stay for activities at the park!

Our first night at room 212, we had no towels and the bathtub was backing up. The air vent in the bathroom was completely clogged, and so we didn't dare turn it on. The toilet seat was small and round for a larger and oval toilet bowl. The window AC/heating unit was partly clogged with stuff and also had some moldy stuff in it.

I recommend staying elsewhere and making a day trip to Robber's Cave. You'll likely get a better night's rest with less lumpy mattresses and quieter plumbing that doesn't knock throughout the night or whenever hot water is turned on. The fridge was also loud and in need of defrosting. Enjoy the pretty park but get a restful night elsewhere!

This place is gorgeous. I was shocked that it wasn't busy on memorial weekend, but it was so nice to be there without the crowd.

I asked for a discount due to the state of the room and received a mere 15% discount.

Stayed here for a wedding. Great place to stay if you basically need to unplug from technology, there is literally no cell service from any carrier here. It's close to "town" and has beautiful views.

The next morning, housekeeping delivered towels and unclogged the bathtub drain. To clean the AC/heating unit, one of the ladies took a broom and 409 spray to the unit *inside the room*, leaving debris on the carpet. When the lady turned on the AC/heating unit, loosened crud blew over the nearest bed. After *sweeping* the crud on the carpet across the room to the front door (instead of to the rear sliding glass doors), stuff was spread across the carpet. A guy came in to replace the toilet seat. I called again asking for a change of linen for the one bed and for the carpet in general to be vacuumed. The ladies did return later to change the linen, but the carpet was never vacuumed.

Great views and right at the park! Used a Groupon so it was extra affordable. Will be going back again for an extended stay soon.
